Laura Lee Frazier.
I AM LAURA LEE FRAZIER.
I didn’t always have this business…in fact, just a few years ago you could have found me teaching school while working two additional jobs, supporting three children as a single mother, and utterly exhausted. Although I loved my time as a professional educator and coach, eight years ago I decided to take on the challenge of the same issues that I experienced in public school on a much larger scale. I became an HR professional for a Fortune 500 company.
While working my way up the corporate ladder, I found that I became absolutely passionate about educating, elevating, engaging, and empowering leaders. The transition from the academia to the corporate world wasn’t the easiest, so guiding others as they navigate the learning curve is absolutely my passion. To sum it all up, helping is my favorite!
I’ve worn various hats in my professional career from educator to author to strategist, but they all have a common theme: helping is my favorite! Because of that, my true expertise lies in communication, curriculum and leadership development.
Today you can find me hanging out at our home on the Texas coast with my big salty dog or fishing in the gulf with my dreamboat husband and three boys. In fact, I’m probably sipping coffee or a fruity drink and dreaming of ways I can help others grow their leadership voices and master their work-life equation so they can live more and work less.
Ya wanna know what lights me up? Making people feel, own, and celebrate their enough-ness and feel less alone… because sometimes this journey called life gets hella lonely and our only friends are called Ben + Jerry (and they conveniently come in the gallon size. Chunky Monkey anyone?) If I can be that permission granter in your life that whispers: “you really can do this” and “let’s make a plan” while the rest of the world is provoking doubt… then I’ll consider my job done.
