Who am I

I’m an expert at leadership development, a nerd when it comes to organization, and my obsession is teaching others how to master their work-life equation. 

A small town East Texas  school teacher turned HR Professional, dog lover, and coffee addict, my happiest days are spent helping others and sharing my secrets to success with the world.
